Welcome to Luxuryforless.store.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Luxuryforless.store (the “Site”), including purchases made through our online store and any related services provided by us (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Luxuryforless” refer to Karolina Garnyte (Luxuryforless), the owner and operator of Luxuryforless.store.

SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

As a result, availability can change quickly and a product displayed on the Site may become unavailable.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours, characteristics, and other information as accurately as possible.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting, photography, and other technical factors.

SECTION 4 – PRICES

All product prices are displayed on the Site in the currency indicated during your shopping experience.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, and discounts at any time before an order is concluded.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.

Temporary promotions, discounts, or price reductions may be introduced or discontinued from time to time.

A later reduction in the price of a product does not automatically entitle a customer to reimbursement of the difference for a previously completed purchase.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, recipient name, telephone number, and other delivery information are correct.

Estimated delivery times displayed or communicated to customers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer once the shipment has been processed by the relevant carrier.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

Where you purchase as a consumer and the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Discounted or promotional pricing does not, by itself, remove statutory consumer rights.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception exists, including certain personalized goods or sealed products unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.
